Todos Santos is almost equidistant from the International airports situated in La Paz and San Jose del Cabo. It takes an about 90 mins by car on Highway 19 to reach the Todos Santos.
Los Cabos and La Paz are served by several airlines:

There are regular bus services between La Paz Todos Santos and Los Cabos. and long distance services to and from Tijuana: Buses Autotransportes de Baja California (ABC)Tres Estrellas de Oro

Travelling by car down the Baja peninsula is a wonderful three day experience, provided one remains aware and takes it slowly until you become accustomed to driving on the narrow two lane roads. There is nothing more disturbing than watching a huge truck coming remorselessly towards you at high speed. It can seem like illusion as the heat causes a shimmer on the road: reduce speed and do not drive when you are tired. AND, travel at night can be hazardous because of stray cows lying on or crossing the highway.
Wear seat belts at all times - Obey the speed limits especially in La Paz - Slow down going over Topes(bumps)
